Pre-University Scholars
For immediate high school graduates — Form 4 leavers, Grade 12 leavers, and Year 11 graduates. The months between finishing school and joining university are the most wasted in a young person's life. We turn that gap into your strongest launchpad: learn real STEM skills, explore careers honestly, and complete an apprenticeship before you ever pick a degree.A bridge program — runs February to August, part-time.
Don't waste the gap year
After KCSE, there are roughly eight to nine months before university actually opens its doors. Most students spend them idle. Pre-University Scholars fills that window with purpose — so you arrive at campus already ahead, with a portfolio, real-world experience, and a clear-eyed decision about what to study.
Too many Kenyan students pick a degree blind and switch or drop out. Our Explore phase is built to prevent exactly that.

How a cohort runs
Three phases across the post-KCSE gap. You finish with a project, a placement, and a plan.
Learn
Foundations in coding (Python), AI literacy, robotics and hardware, and the durable skills universities assume you already have — research, communication, and financial literacy.
Explore
Career exposure before you commit. Industry talks, campus visits, "a week in the life" sessions across engineering, data, health, and design — plus an honest guide to choosing a university course you won't regret.
Apprentice
A real placement with a partner organisation, our Innovation Wing, or as a junior coach inside our STEM Academy and WRO programs. You leave with a capstone project, a reference, and a recommendation letter.
What every scholar leaves with
A portfolio project
A real capstone you built — proof of skill, not just a certificate.
An apprenticeship
Hands-on experience with a partner organisation or our own programs.
A recommendation letter
A reference for university, scholarships, or first jobs.
A confident decision
Clarity on the university course that actually fits you.
