STEM Impact Academy

Our premier mobile-led STEM lab experience, bringing hands-on tinkering activities directly to schools.

Our School Activities

Our activities are designed to build key technical and 21st Century competencies for learners in primary and secondary and tertiary / out of school.

Our solutions include creative coding with Scratch, robotics (Makey Makey, LEGO, and VEX Robotics), 3D fabrication in modeling and printing, and a broad range of hands-on engineering science tools for teaching every imaginable STEM discipline.

After School Activities

Age-appropriate pathways that grow with each student — from play-based exploration to industry-ready engineering.

STEM Explorers Program (Ages 5–8)

For our youngest innovators, we have designed the STEM Explorers Program (Ages 5–8). This program focuses on “Learning through Play,” transitioning students from tactile, screen-free discovery to creative digital expression and mechanical building.

1

Foundation & Logic (Ages 5–6)

At this stage, we prioritize computational thinking without the need for complex interfaces.

Screen-Free Robotics with Qobo & VEX 123

Using the Qobo and VEX 123 robots, students learn the “language” of coding through physical touch buttons, coding cards and later tablet coding.

Creative Coding with OctoStudio

Students use a tablet to turn their own photos and drawings into interactive stories.

2

Transitional Engineering (Ages 7–8)

As students develop better fine motor skills and spatial awareness, we introduce more sophisticated tools.

Hands-on Building with VEX GO

Students use VEX GO kits to assemble real mechanical systems with pins, beams, and gears, learning the fundamentals of structural engineering.

Tablet-Guided Coding & Scratch

Students begin using VEXcode (a block-based coding environment) to program their custom-built VEX GO creations.

Tech Innovators Program (Ages 9–14)

Building on the early years foundation, we have designed the Tech Innovators Program (Ages 9–14). This stage shifts from “playing to learn” to “engineering to solve,” introducing students to industry-standard tools and competitive-level robotics.

1

Advanced Robotics & Systems (Ages 9–11)

At this level, students move into modular, high-precision robotics that challenge their mechanical and logical thinking.

LEGO Education SPIKE Prime

Using the SPIKE Prime ecosystem, students tackle STEAM-themed projects.

VEX IQ Robotics

As a transition to competitive robotics, students use the snap-together VEX IQ system.

2

Real-World Prototyping & App Development (Ages 12–14)

We prepare students for the digital economy by moving away from pre-built kits and into custom electronics and software creation.

Arduino Prototyping

Students enter the world of “Open Source” electronics. They learn to wire breadboards, use resistors, and program Arduino microcontrollers.

Mobile App Development

Students become creators of the technology they use daily. Using platforms like MIT App Inventor or React Native, they design and code fully functional mobile applications.

Future Engineers Program — 15 Years & Above

For students aged 15 and above, the focus shifts toward Industry 4.0 Readiness. Our Future Engineers Program moves away from standard educational kits and into professional-grade hardware, AI integration, and full-stack software development.

1

High-Performance Robotics & AI (Ages 15+)

At this level, students engage with the same technology used in modern industrial automation and research labs.

VEX Competitive Excellence

Raspberry Pi & AI Robotics

2

Digital Design & Fabrication

Students learn industry-standard Computer-Aided Design to model parts in 3D Design & CAD (Fusion 360).

3

Rapid Prototyping

Using 3D Printers, students bring their digital designs to life.

4

Web Development & Professional Portfolio

Students learn HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build responsive websites.
